Audrey Allen and Ashton Cameron have created a fabulous brand, called Mountain and Moon, which celebrates statement women by adorning them with statement jewels.
Feeling as though they had reached the limits of what they could do with their marketing, the women approached me to help them take it to the next level.
The first task was to better understand their activity and performance to-date, as well as uncover issues and opportunities, by doing a full audit of their digital marketing channels.
This groundwork unveiled many insights, including a need to invest more time and budget into paid advertising on social media in order to attract potential customers to the website, where they can buy online.
Strategic social advertising
With Facebook and Instagram as the primary focus, I pulled together a strategic advertising campaign strategy that would give MM the direction, creative approach, targets and KPIs they needed to be able to not only run social advertising campaigns but effectively monitor and measure these.
Of course, the ladies soon realised they had no interest (or time!) for doing the hands-on management of their social campaigns, so I took this on for them.
Social advertising has since become a core part of the business’ marketing mix, with campaigns running on a monthly basis.
